0900’s and 01100’s in Highwood

Car 01000 built by Wason in 1928 and cars 01178/01179 built by Pullman Standard in 1957 sharing yard space outside of Seashore’s Highwood carbarn.

These cars ran on Boston’s Main Line Elevated (today’s MBTA Orange Line). 01000 was retired from passenger service by 1963 and the 01100’s last carried passengers in 1981.
