The Vernon Multipurpose Center continues to be excited about the number of persons that have new devices to navigate the digital divide in Wyandotte County! This program has been made possible by dedicated trainers, board members, and volunteers that have believed in making a difference. We are grateful to the State of Kansas and the Federal Adopt 2.0 program for entrusting us as well as to Eric Murray for bringing the vision to us. Our community partnerships: Quindaro Community Center, Metropolitan Baptist Church, Oakridge Missionary Baptist Church, Westside Church, Salvation Army, Kansas City, Kansas Community College, Donnelly College, and others. We're almost across the finish line. If you live in Wyandotte County (KCK, Bonner Springs, or Edwardsville). Please visit vernonmpc.org and apply. You must have proof of residency, only one per household, and availability to complete online surveys to assure we are meeting your needs.
