That’s a wrap on NADA New York 2026. 🗽

Our inaugural presentation at NADA NYC brought César López’s sculptural practice to an international audience, resonating heavily with top curators, advisors, and collectors. Every single mile of the journey was well worth it.

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by booth F2, to the team at , to our dedicated collectors who support this vision, and above all, to for delivering such phenomenal work.

We are headed back to Kansas City with incredible momentum and some major plans for the gallery’s next chapter already in motion. Stay tuned.

The response to César López’s solo presentation at NADA New York has been phenomenal. Over the last few days, it has been incredibly rewarding to have such rigorous conversations in the booth, watching curators and collectors connect César's use of cold, industrial aluminum to his deeply personal narratives of migration, diaspora, and structural belonging.

Utilizing industrial aluminum, López’s precise sculptural forms hijack the language of American Minimalism to explore the realities of the Latin American diaspora. The modern industrial architecture of the Starrett-Lehigh building provides a striking context for this body of work.

Following our announcement last month, we are thrilled to finally share the details of our presentation for NADA New York 2026! 🗽

Gallery Bogart will be presenting a solo exhibition of new structural works by César López.

César is having an incredible spring. As he finishes his first year in the MFA Sculpture program at Yale, he currently has a two-person exhibition on view at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art, alongside work featured at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art and the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art.

We could not be more excited to debut this new body of work on the East Coast.

May 13-17 at Starrett-Lehigh. The official preview of available works will be released in early May.

We are thrilled to highlight an exceptional season of institutional recognition for César López.

Following his recent inclusion in the curatorial selection at Salon Acme in Mexico City, César’s work is currently stepping into museum spaces across the Midwest:

• Opening March 6: The World in Kansas City at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art.

• Opening Feb 27: A Scattering of Jades at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art.

• On View: It Will Destroy You at the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art, Chicago.

We invite you to visit these institutions and experience these works in person.

Kicking off 2026 on a high note.

Thank you to (NPR in Kansas City) and for including Gallery Bogart in their list of “7 must-see Kansas City art exhibits to kick off your 2026”.

We are thrilled to see the exhibition highlighted with an installation view of Novelty Landscape series leading the coverage.

The piece perfectly captures the ethos of One Bedroom Apartment, noting that the exhibition features "bite-sized artworks that fit into a regular apartment" and encourages the general public to "engage with the act of art collecting".

It is wonderful to see this roster of artists recognized, with the article also specifically mentioning , , and .art.

As KCUR notes, this exhibition is currently on view in the West Bottoms "through the end of January". We invite you to come see these intimate works in person before the show closes.

One Bedroom Apartment: The Second Installment.
Spotlight on Lily Madden.

In Burly Esque (2025), Lily Madden explores the intersection of identity and geography. This diptych places a portrait of a Kansas City drag performer in direct conversation with a stark Midwestern landscape.

Madden documents the subcultures of the region. Using charcoal and India ink, she balances the loud joy of the subject with the quiet isolation of the setting.
