Jarrell Plantation Historic Site

Join us next Saturday for our Lantern Lane: Fall Fun Trail at Jarrell Plantation. Come at twilight or after dark and see the historic site lit by lantern light. We'll have bracelet making, pumpkin decorating, smores over the campfire, tours of the historic buildings, weaving demonstrations, old time carnival games, and a few candy spots. Event runs 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Admission is $2.00 for 5 and under, $6.50 for Youth 6-17, $9 for Adults, and $6.25 for Seniors (+tax).

*This is not a scary event or Halloween themed - Just Fall Fun! Adults and teens are asked not to wear scary costumes. You may wear a farm themed costume. Anybody wearing a scary or Halloween themed costumes will not be admitted.
*Bags will be provided for crafts and candy.
*All crafts, pumpkins, smores, and candy are limited quantities.

🇺🇸 4th of July is almost here! Join our Ol' Time Fourth Celebration with live music by the Young America Band and the Middle Georgia Dulcimer Club. Music will be 10:30am-11:30am & 1pm-2pm at Jarrell Plantation State Historic Site out front of the 1895 Farm House.

🇺🇸 Celebrate Fourth of July & America's 250th at Jarrell Plantation on Sat. July 4th from10am-2pm! Our Ol' Time Fourth will feature live patriotic and bluegrass music by the Young America Band 🪕, old time carnival games, sack races, three legged race, spoon race, tug of war and more. Also, see the farm come to life with farm skill demos like blacksmithing, weaving, and woodstove cooking and stay for a slice of watermelon🍉and our annual reading of the Declaration of Independence. Admission is $9 for Adults, $7.25 for Seniors, $6.50 for Youth 6-17, $2 for 5 and under.
