We are a 501c3 non profit organization consisting of community members from the surrounding communties dedicated to the restoration of Joanna stadium and the development of players in the surrounding area.

🎨 A Special Thank You from The Joanna Project! 🏟️

A huge portion of the painting at Historic Joanna Stadium has now been completed, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this progress possible!

We extend our heartfelt thanks to David Tribble and the Rotary Club of Clinton, the Presbyterian College Athletic Department, the PC Football Team, and Christ Central Joanna for generously giving their time, energy, resources, and support to this important project.

A special thanks to Robertsons ACE hardware for providing the paint and Whitakers floor coverings for providing supplies!

The work accomplished would not have been possible without so many dedicated people coming together with a shared love for our community and its history. Every brushstroke brings us one step closer to restoring Joanna Stadium and preparing it for future generations.

Thank you for believing in our mission, working alongside us, and helping restore the fabric of Joanna. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you!

🚧 PROGRESS IS HAPPENING AT HISTORIC JOANNA STADIUM! 🚧

What was once an overgrown and forgotten ballpark is steadily being transformed into a first-class baseball facility and community gathering place.

The vision is becoming reality as work continues on the field, infrastructure, and stadium improvements that will bring the Joanna Hornets back home after more than 70 years.

When completed, Joanna Stadium will feature:
⚾ Tifway 419 natural grass playing surface
⚾ Professional-grade infield skin
⚾ 9-zone irrigation system
⚾ Two 48-foot dugouts
⚾ Protective netting throughout the facility
⚾ Batting tunnels and bullpen areas
⚾ Fully enclosed 6-foot perimeter fencing
⚾ Seating for more than 1,300 fans

With dimensions stretching 335' down the left field line, 382' to left-center, 370' to right-center, and 325' down the right field line, Joanna Stadium is taking shape as one of the premier collegiate summer baseball venues in the region.

Every donation, volunteer hour, and share of our mission is helping move this project forward. While significant progress has been made, there is still work to be done before the Hornets can take the field in their historic home.
