Starting this month, we are introducing Night at The Museum! On the 3rd Friday of every month, the Museum and Cultural Center will be open until 9pm! That means more time to explore our Museum, more time to enjoy the Firefly Planetarium Experience, and more time to attend various events over the coming months. So join us on Friday, June 19th for our first ever Night at The Museum!

Happy Birthday to the man who our town is named after!
Jim Thorpe was a great athlete who overcame a lot to shine like a star. Our exhibit on his life and achievements celebrate his Native American roots, his travels and the restoration of his medal after it was taken away from him out of prejudice. These are only 2 out of several photos from our ongoing exhibit that you can enjoy at the Museum today and tomorrow. Our Firefly Planetarium exhibit is closed this weekend for maintenance.
