Today is World Mental Health Day, a day to recognize and advocate for those who suffer in silence. Even the world's greatest athletes report high numbers of mental health related issues. ⭐

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health! 💪 Know the signs, speak up, and remember you are not alone through any challenge or obstacle.

Throughout the month of October, we will see athletes and teams incorporating pink into their uniforms to advocate, bring awareness, and honor the fight against breast cancer. 🩷

This month, MSHOF, will use a pink logo to show our respect and encouragement to those that have fought and continue to battle their journey with breast cancer. ⭐
