Major update.
Folks I apologize for the silence the last few months. A lot has happened.
I have been working behind the scenes with a few friends to finish acquiring a majority of my parts. I will be happy to report that all components except seats will have been mostly acquired and secured by the end of May this year.
The last few months have not been easy.
My mother passed away Suddenly March 3rd. As well as My dear Uncle Passing later in April. Ontop of that, I have been overcoming an economic downturn the last year or so that has severely impacted my ability to fund work on XL191.
With all that said and thanks to hard work and perseverance, I am happy to say that things are getting better.
I am thrilled to be able to fund the remainder if my parts. I want to thank Joe Blackburne for being patient and Trevor J Bailey for facilitating staging for me. I should be able to settle all needs by the end of this month after a long long bout of hard work.
But acquiring parts is half the battle.
I am still in need to brokerage assistance on navigate import of these parts to the US. As well as options to share a container or loose ship items. But most importantly I need a good recommendation of an aircraft parts broker who can help me navigate customs. I do not want to lose thousands of dollars of parts to customs.
So if anyone has a name or recommendation I would be grateful. I would like to crowd fund the shipping at the very least if I can. I am so grateful to be able to have funded what I have on my own.
Thank you so much and I appreciate your patience and support!!!!
