Presence is showing up plus meaning of meeting, image is an opinion from the moments truly seen.

I've never been this vulnerable... To need help with the beginning steps towards my standards. My hyper-independence is hindering my development in most all areas of life.

I need to respect my past self more than my future perspectives of such. And that's where the respect is for my present self.

Which depends on what I believe
I align with the actions that shape my identity
In music what does a coda mean?
A pause, breathe, beat that relies on who is singing
In science where is the energy?
Transfer, exchange, between what beings?
In language what are we communicating?
Emotions, experiences, and expressions
Filtered through the who that is directing
What is it I want to be? An independent individual that stands out via expertise.

So long story short, in the midst of my quarter life crisis and attempts at truly keeping up with posting for my business (my life's work).
