We are discussing the idea of folks attending the convention bringing their favorite brass model for display during the convention. A table or two can be provided for displays with security for those interested. Please let us know your thoughts on this.

Today our HO scale model of Kansas City Union Station has completed the construction phase. Attention will now shift to the interior. There are 10 tracks under the head house. Our goal for the brass convention is to fill these tracks with brass passenger trains to operate during the convention. We are forever grateful to Dr. Nick M**f for donating the original molds he created to build his own Union Station. Hundreds of volunteer hours have gone into this project. The convention will be unlike any other in the past as we will be operating brass trains during those two days. You will see stunning works of art in motion complete with sound. We hope you can join us for this unprecedented celebration of brass and meet new friends and maybe visit with some old ones. Hope to see you here in September. Just as a reminder, this is a brass convention. Plastic models, books, etc., are not approved for sale. Our brass vendors are bringing brass models to display and sell. We do have two vendors providing DCC components for your brass models and will be presenting clinics related to that.
