Opening in California theaters this weekend "Waterman", the life story of Duke Kahanamoku, from Olympic Gold medals, too exposing surfing around the world, his acting in Hollywood years, to the "Ambassador of Aloha" for Hawaii, to being one of America's greatest sportsmen of the early 1990's.
See a portion of the museum's current exhibit "Finding California Surf" come to life on the big screen with the 1925 Corona Del Mar rescues.
