We want to take a moment to thank everyone who has come to the Woods Brown Mansion for a tour. The Historic Building Preservation Foundation is honored to show you all through the 1874 mansion. We love meeting new people, and we love when our previous tours return with new guests! These special ladies enjoyed their tour on Friday, just as much as we enjoyed having them.

On November 28th, several beautiful, Victorian houses will open their doors to the public. You will be welcomed to tour portions of these homes, enjoy their holiday decor, and learn more about the history of the buildings and their architecture. Admission to the buildings will be granted by showing the home owner your Victorian Christmas Passport, which will be available for sale the day of the event, or for pre-sale (coming soon). All proceeds from the passports benefit the Historic Building Preservation Foundation and its mission. For more information, feel free to call our director at (814) 644-7447. Our Movie at the Mansion on Friday night was a success! Thank you to those who came to the event. We look forward to our two upcoming Movies at the Mansion - October 16th, showing Dracula (1931) and October 30th, showing Sleepy Hollow. Limited seating is available, and seats are filling up quickly (especially for Dracula!). Reach out now to grab one of the last seats for these events!
