Planning a trip to Raystown this summer, or looking for something local to enjoy? We’ve got you - tour the Woods Brown Mansion any Friday at 10 AM or 2 PM, or call ahead to make accommodations for another time or day. We are happy to fit anyone in, anytime - we do ask for a week’s notice if you request another time for a tour, so we can make sure your tour is the best it can be! There is still some seating available for our Movie at the Mansion for June 19th. Tickets are $15, and include a brief, first-story-tour of the mansion, movie ticket, and movie theatre snacks! After our brief tour of the mansion, we will be watching another classic period drama - Emma (1996) with Gwyneth Paltrow. Your ticket, just $15, includes your admission for a first-floor tour of the mansion, movie ticket, and theatre snacks!

We are so excited to continue working with the board members and volunteers of Blair Park as we continue with the restoration of the Blair Chapel. The Historic Building Preservation Foundation is excited to announce an official date for our Blair Chapel Open House this summer! Join us on August 8th from 2:00 - 7:00 PM!

At this event, you will be welcomed into the Blair Chapel to appreciate its restoration, learn about its valuable history, and get an insider glimpse at the lasting legacy of the Blair Chapel. This is a community event, free to the public - everyone is welcome to take part in the day's activities. There will be yard games, special historic exhibits (stay tuned for updates and details), and even a local food truck favorite - stay tuned to hear which one! Food is available for purchase. We cannot wait to see you all there!

The Woods Brown Mansion is available to tour - every Friday at 10 AM and 2 PM! Our staff caters our tour to your unique group. A few weeks ago, we welcomed staff, parents, and students from CCA Charter School. Thanks to the beautiful weather, they were able to enjoy yard games and snacks on the lawn!

Please, let us know if you would like to schedule a time for a tour. While we always offer Friday tours, we are happy to accommodate another time with adequate notice. We hope you will join us for a tour soon!
