The Iroquois Museum is an educational institution dedicated to fostering understanding of Iroquois culture using Iroquois art as a window to that culture. The museum is a venue for promoting Iroquois art and artists, and a meeting place for all peoples to celebrate Iroquois culture and diversity. As an anthropological institution, it is informed by research on archaeology, history, and the common creative spirit of modern artists and craftspeople.

Yoga with Colleen 🧘‍♀️ - because adulting is hard, but downward-facing dog is harder 😂! Join us on Summer Solstice Sunday, June 21, 5:00 pm or Fall Equinox Tuesday, September 22, 5:00 pm at the Iroquois Museum for a beginner's yoga class led by Colleen Sheehan, a.k.a. the yoga guru with a sense of humor 🤣. Expect laughter, flexibility, and a side of zen as we flow through yoga sequences, deep breath work, and a quick meditation to melt away stress. All fitness levels welcome (yes, even you, couch potatoes 🛋️)! Bring a mat, water, and your A-game (just kidding, leave that at the door). $15 for Museum Members/Non-Members, with all donations supporting the Museum's education programs. See you on the mat! 🧘‍♀️
