🔥 Reflecting on a year without Studio27 inside Winter Street Studios. Your kindness turned a challenging time into a period of growth, and I'm so grateful for that.🙏

This December marks a full year since the devastating fire & robbery that changed the course of our artistic endeavors. While the shattering memory is still vivid in our minds, I am compelled to acknowledge the countless blessings that have flourished from the overwhelming support and love showered upon us by our community and even strangers who became friends.

Hello Houston, my Twin Brother Gerardo and I (Arturo) are humbly asking for your help on a Christmas Miracle. Our studio suffered damage from a fire and explosion that occurred at Winter Street Studios Tuesday morning.

We have created this go fund me page in order to buy new supplies and raise money for a new studio location for the coming new year due to loosing our Studio Space inside Winter Street Studios. Due to structural damage major smoke damage will be looking for a new space for the coming year.

The blessing is Gerardo De La Parra and I are safe but my corridor is damaged. Corridor C has major damage from a fire and explosion.

The fire was so hot it ruined the safety of the 2nd floors structural integrity. I can’t get in until the HFD deems it safe to check on what’s salvageable…which is probably little none we will have to start from the ground up creating new pieces and loosing a decade’s worth of Art collections.
