Introducing Chef Yamamoto and Mrs Yamamoto from Osaka.

This couple is currently creating wonderful bite size delights. Those of you who are interested in joining this lovely couple in our KAZUMA Room for sushi please call and ask for the Yamamotos when making your reservation. Please don't forget about our Emerald Room sushi Chef Beniya that brought the sushi service back to the Club last year. Only 6 seats per counter nightly so please be specific when making your reservation.

Experienced at three-Michelin-starred
restaurant in Ginza , Tokyo

Chef Hiro Soma obtained his masters in
culinary arts working at prestige
Michelin-starred restaurants throughout
Europe for 5 years. Upon his return to Japan,
he joined three-Michelin-starred Enoteca
Pinchiorri in Ginza, Tokyo and a few years
later, moved to the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo.
It was here where he began to work at
K’shiki Restaurant under the mentorship
of Vintage Cave Head Director, Hide Yamamoto.
