Hi Pioneers, Your favorite mascot here. During thebpast 2 weeks I've been to NC, PA, MO, KS, NE, IA, ID, MT, WY,UT, and CO. On the road back home I visited the corner of NE and CO where i went to 4 counties and 2 states in a matter of seconds. What a time I've had!

With deep sorrow we are letting our Pioneer family know of the death of Paige Venzcel. Paige has long been affiliated with the ITPA, having grown up in the independent telephone industry and having worked alongside her parents Hannah and Curtis Lancaster in their family owned company, Chesnee Telephone Company, for many years prior to her parents' retirement. Our thoughts and prayers are with Paige's loving family and her many cherished friends as they mourn the loss of this precious soul.

A celebration of life will be held on July 23rd at 6PM at

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend, Morrie Sachsenmaier.
Morrie dedicated many years of service to the Independent Telecommunications Pioneer Association, serving as ITPA Region 5 Vice President, ITPA President 2011/2012, Past President of the Historical Foundation, and most recently as Chair of the Historical Committee.
A true pioneer, Morrie possessed a remarkable wealth of historical knowledge and a passion for preserving the history of telephony. His contributions, leadership, and friendship touched countless lives, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
We will share service arrangements as soon as they become available.
Please keep the Sachsenmaier family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
