Dear Hillside Historical Society Members,
The June meeting is our Annual Meeting which includes the election of officers and two trustees. Since we do not know the status of our State with regards to distancing, protections, etc., caused by this terrible virus for the future, I have referred to Roberts Rules on line which has been updated to include elections during Covid-19. I have also reviewed our by-laws of our constitution.
According to our by-laws, when a meeting cannot be held, the names of the officers and trustees up for election can be posted here in this notification and also on our website.
If we are still under quarantine on June 3rd and that meeting will have to be postponed, the Officers and Trustees will continue in their role until an election can be held.
The officers up for renewal for 2020/2021 are:
Ann Pettigrew, President
Alan Zimmerman, Vice President
Linda Roselle, Secretary
Stephen Karwowski, Treasurer
Trustee: Richard Witting (3 years)
Trustee: Alina Herb (3 years)
We will keep you informed as we get closer to June 3rd.
