This ashtray is part of a collection. Notice the Hillsboro High School rolled graduation diploma. Perhaps unusual that this is the "theme" for the ashtray but does anyone know the meaning for the dates 1941-1966?

In observance of Old Settlers Days the library will close at 1pm on Wednesdays August 5 & will be closed on Thursday August 6. The exhibit can be seen 9:30am to 5pm Friday August 7 and 10am to 2pm Saturday August 8.
After Old Settlers Days the exhibit can be seen during regular library hours.
