Original typewritten copy of Court Transcript: Deposition of Milton Adelman March 10, 1955. District Court of the US - No. 48 B 530 in the matter of Tucker Corporation, Debtor to Claim. Beverly Drive, Beverly Hills, California. Adelman served as legal counsel for Preston Tucker and was directly involved in legal and financial matters concerning the Tucker Corporation during its operation. Adelman responded to questions regarding how funds were raised (including the controversial dealership pre-sale model), how they were used, and whether any legal or ethical lines were crossed. He maintained that there was no intent to defraud, emphasizing the startup nature of the company and the challenges they faced. Adelman stated that the legal challenges, media attacks, and frozen funds undermined confidence and ultimately destroyed Tucker Corporation—not internal corruption.
