Come in to the Kantishna Gallery to check out some of our featured artists. This week’s featured artist is François Girard. Girard creates wood block paintings of the wildlife that surrounds us. Since the age of 13 he has been painting wood blocks with beautiful colors. In his work he attempts to display the many changing moods of nature and the sense of mystery and expectations that is created from varying colors and shapes.
