The Hazleton Art League’s 15th Annual Art Youth Expo gallery opening and Open Mic Friday evening filled the Hayden Family Center for the Arts with talented young people and their fans. Saturday’s Community Art Party at CAN DO Community Park, the Art League and the Hazleton LaunchBox supported by Pasco L. Schiavo Esq. promise to be just as exciting.

Come to the Hayden Family Center for the Arts this evening for the opening of the Hazleton Art League’s 15th Annual Art Youth Expo, celebrating the art of young people, ages 13 - 30. You also have a chance to win this floral arrangement by Hazleton Area Garden Club member, Molly Zorn. Gallery opens at 5:00pm. Drawing for floral arrangement is at 7:00pm, right before Open Mic. Come celebrate with us!

A newly formed alliance of artists, curators, art organizations and supporters of the arts have launch a study to assess the current state of the art scene in Luzerne County and has launched a survey seeking input from the public.

The Hazleton Art League’s Acoustic Jam filled the gallery of the Hayden Family Center for the Arts on Sunday with beautiful music. The next Acoustic Jam will be Sunday, June 28.

Young Adler seems to have reconsidered going to the Hazleton Art League’s Community Art Party Saturday, May 30 from 1 - 6pm at the Hayden Family Center for the Arts. Realistic dinosaur skulls aren’t that scary after all! Come to the Community Art Party! It’s free and fun for the whole family!
