If you’re the kind of person that likes to support local 501C3 nonprofits, PLEASE consider making a $75.00 tax deductible donation to the Haverhill Firefighting Museum!!
Not only will you be supporting a great little museum but you’ll be entered into a raffle to win one of 3 prizes: $5000 cash, $1000 cash or $750 in scratch tickets!!

In partnership with the HFD Safe Program, we were thrilled to launch our Jr Firefighter Safety Program!
Thanks to our generous sponsor, the HTM Credit Union, this free program is being offered to children K-3/4 and their families! They learn all about 911, What’s Hot, What’s Not, Stop, Drop and Roll. Staying low, Close then Dose, Two Ways Out and so much more!
Fire Safety is very important to us and we are thrilled to be able to offer this life saving programming.

Introducing our JR Firefighting Program!
This 3-part program is designed for grades K through 3rd, to learn all about fire safety in our museum space. This program is free to students.

Our next session, Session 2 - 911: What to Know and When to Call, is this coming Saturday (5/9/26). Two times are being offered at 12pm and 1:30pm.

The programs will each last around 45 minutes to an hour and there will be 25 open spots at each session!

Students who complete all three programs at any given time (can be completed at your leisure, does not need to be consecutive) will receive a certificate and a t-shirt!

Sign up using the SignUp Genius link in our Instagram Bio! This link lists all available sessions in May and you may sign up at your convenience. If those dates do not work for you, do not worry! We’ll be releasing dates for June, July, August, and September in the coming weeks. We are excited to welcome our first class of Jr Firefighters! 🧯🚒

The kickoff begins on our opening day! At 12:30pm on May 2nd, registered students can head inside the museum where we will begin with our first program, Stop, Drop, and Roll/What’s Hot What’s Not. This program will last around 45 minutes to an hour and there will be 25 open spots!

TOMORROW IS THE DAY! Come join us for our Opening Day festivities tomorrow (5/2) from 12pm-4pm at our museum (75 Kenoza Avenue) for a day filled with fun!
We will have a Smoke House provided by the Haverhill Fire Department along with the HFD Safe Program!
There will be Hydrant Adoptions and tickets available for purchase for our Spring Fundraiser!
And at 12:30pm, we will have our first session in the JR Firefighting Program!
