The City of Hartsville will be hosting our Heart of the Holidays Merry and Bright Christmas Parade, Saturday, December 7th, 2024, 5:30 pm. Please be aware of road closures starting at 3:45pm in the downtown area to ensure the safety of participants. See the map below for parade route and public parking areas.

Before the parade, you can take pictures with Santa at the Hartsville Museum from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Hartsville Museum

Downtown businesses will also be open for dinning and shopping. Thank you for making Downtown Hartsville a great place to be not just this holiday season, but all year around!

A few changes this year at Christmas on Pecan Drive .

We ask that folks please stay on the concrete and not venture into the grass and amongst the inflatables and decorations. This is solely for your safety. We've added several different inflatables that require additional tie downs. Heck, I tripped on them three times yesterday and I know exactly where they are!

Also, due to the proliferation if nighttime parades this year, we have moved the first two Santa visits to Friday evenings instead of Saturday. So come see Santa this Friday December 6th and then again the next Friday, December 13th.

We will announce further Santa visits later in the month.

We are 75% set up today. Hopefully by tomorrow, we can hit near 100%!

Traffic has already started heavier than past years. Please be safe and be sure to "check in" on Facebook and share your photos with us!
