Opening its doors in June 2012, North Gallery is a contemporary art space located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The gallery, located at 1633North 3rd Street, is situated in the heart of the historic Engleton neighborhood in the Midtown area of the city. The gallery is conveniently located within walking distance from the Susquehanna River and park, as well as the famed Broad Street Farmer’s Market,
the noted Midtown Scholar Bookstore/Cafe and additional eateries and boutique shopping. The Gallery exhibits and showcases new contemporary works created by artists located in the central Pennsylvania region as well as National and International Artists. The mission of North Gallery is to showcase works in an intimate, modern setting allowing the viewer an experience with the work as a whole. North Gallery strives to show works that are contemporary, thought provoking and which inspire a dialogue between the viewer, the work itself and the community. 1) an artist bio or vitae (include contact info)
2) a listing of previous exhibits/showings
3) an artist statement relevant to your current work
4) 3-5 images of work created within the past year
