Children's Storybook Garden & Museum We are a children's literature themed botanical garden, event space, and field trip destination

Our Vision: To create a beautiful children’s garden and museum in downtown Hanford easily accessible for all children of Kings County, as well as children and families visiting Hanford. We have a two-three year plan to create a children’s interactive farm museum and a series of eight beautiful and creative gardens of distinction. This grass roots community project will be an inclusive effort to r

ally the community together by helping to make this attraction a reality. We want to include volunteers and contributors from all areas of the Hanford and greater Hanford area, including our local elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and colleges.

Are you looking for the perfect venue for your special occasion? The answer just might be waiting for you at the Storybook Garden. Weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties are held in the Tea Room, Stone Cottage and on our Celebration Garden lawn area. Call the Garden at 559-500-9966 for a tour.
