The MP&RE committee is responsible for restoring and maintaining the locomotives and rolling stock owned by the RCT&HS. Getting ready for the " Anthracite Railroads Modelers Meet". The guys are prepping the Reading MU Car 9111 for the meet. The meet is a part of the RCT&HS 50th Anniversary celebration. Starts Friday September 18th.

The Way it Was! On September 12th, 2026 the RCT&HS is sponsoring an excursion on the Woodstown Central Railroad recreating the Reading Company Push-Pull train between FP7 locomotives #902 & # 903. The trip departs Woodstown NJ at 4pm. Tickets are $50 per person. Send your order to the RCT&HS, PO Box 15143, Reading, PA 19612-5143. I understand that photo run-bys are included.
