For everyone’s safety and enjoyment!

As we prepare for the weekend festivities, we would appreciate the community’s assistance in making the lighted parade a success.

When possible, we kindly request your help in limiting parking on Washington St., between Parkway Dr. and Main St. to allow for ample viewing. Parking will be restricted on Main St. on December 6 between 5 and 8pm.

Additional parking restrictions for other Hometown Christmas activities include:
🚫 N Plum St. between Hagerstown Public Library and Miller Park, 2-8pm
🚫 S Plum St. between The Meeting Place and Outdaughtered Boutique, 3-8pm
🚫 Washington St. between Edward Jones and Dale’s Pizza, 3-8pm

Make plans to visit HPL during Hometown Christmas for STORYTIME with friends and Gary Randolph. Gary is an Indiana storyteller, musician and author who will get us all in the holiday mood with stories and songs of Christmas Long Ago.

Come by before or after STORYTIME to decorate a holiday cookie! Hometown Christmas takes over Hagerstown from 4 -7 P.M. on Saturday, December 6. Activities throughout town culminate into the Lighted Parade at 7 P.M. on Main Street and the holiday tree lighting in Miller Park.

During Hagerstown Hometown Christmas, keep your eyes peeled for festive reindeer hidden at local businesses — there are 9 total!

📸 Snap a photo with each reindeer
🏃‍♀️ Take your pictures to the volunteers at the Hagerstown Museum
✅ Find all 9 and you’ll be entered to win a $25 gift card to The Dairy!

It’s FREE, fun for all ages, and a great way to explore our local shops.

🎄✨ Join the 2nd Annual Hagerstown Lighted Parade! ✨🎄

The parade will take place on Saturday, December 6 at 7 PM, with lineup starting at 6 PM at Hagerstown Jr./Sr. High School. We’ll follow the same route as Jubilee Days: Washington St. to Main St.
