GCCA is so excited to introduce the 2026–2027 class of the Brandon Fellowship, a program recognizing outstanding talent and potential among local emerging artists ages 18–25. We’re excited to support this year’s Fellows and see what they create over the coming year.

This year’s cohort includes Hassan Abu-Jodom, Havva Dokmeci, Kat Martin, and Shakira Olivera-Bautista.

The new Fellows have been moving into their studios and will be ready to welcome you tonight from 5:00–8:00 PM during GCCA NightShifts. Come meet the artists, visit their new spaces, and connect with the next generation of Greenville artists.

And there’s plenty more happening tonight! We’ll also open our new exhibition, “commUNITY,” feature a pop-up Art School Exhibition, offer family activities, and have beverages and snacks available throughout the evening.

Wear a little piece of nature with this month’s Gift Shop Spotlight.

Handcrafted by Greenville artist Emily M. Randolph, these one-of-a-kind earrings and pendants pair natural gemstones, precious metals, and sculptural forms inspired by the organic beauty of the natural world. From turquoise and Ocean Blue Jasper to delicate nests, flowers, swirls, and butterflies, each piece is a unique work of wearable art.

Our new Community Gallery exhibition, “commUNITY, A Canvas of Greenville Cultures,” opens on September 4, during GCCA NightShifts. This special exhibition highlights the diverse voices that make Greenville what it is, and features 17 local artists. Learn more and preview some of the work here!

This exhibition was created in partnership with The Greenville Immigration and Faith
Coalition, Mill Village Ministries, and Hands Producing Hope.
