The Museum does not charge admission, donations are always welcome. Welcome to the Kiowa County Historical Museum & Soda Fountain.

The Kiowa County Historical Society Board meets every month on the second Thursday - members of the public are welcome to attend any meeting. We are a historical museum, educating the public about the rich history of Kiowa County through artifacts, displays, and programs. Our Soda Fountain serves as the living history portion of our museum.

Due to heavy rains, and severe ceiling leaks, the museum will be temporarily closed until further notice.
The Soda Fountain will remain open regular hours!

The Kiowa County Historical Society is looking to hire a new Director of Operations!

We're looking for someone with experience in customer service and the food industry.
This position is considered full time, with flexible office hours.
