Adair County Historical Museum will be closed Tuesday May 5th. Open Wednesday May 6th 10 to 3.

Come tour the Museum. Lots to learn and see. Gary does a great job of giving tours.

Thank you to everyone who helped at the Chicken Biscuit dinner today. We appreciate your help. Also to those that provided bars and pies, helped set up. Those that donated to the silent auction and purchased items.

Adair County Adair County Iowa Historical Society will be open starting May 1st. Located wes of Greenfield. Iowa on the north side of highway 92.

Adair County Historical Museum will be hosting the Annual Chicken and Biscuit Dinner on May 3, 2026. Chicken and biscuits, cranberry sauce, gree beans, corn, dessert, bars and drinks. Free will offering.

The school house maybe open for viewing.

Silent Auction during the dinner.

Come join us at the Adair County Historical Museum garage sale during Swap meet weekend at the museum. Hours are Thursday, Friday, and Daturday from 9 to 3.

The Museum is on the west side of Greenfield on highway 92. Watch sign.

Adair County Historical Museum will be hosting a garage sale over swap meet weekend. Stop in and see what we have. It will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday. September 4th thru the 6th.

If you have good clean usable items drop them off at the Museum. No clothes please.
