Our Story

Western Heritage Art Show, March 18 - 22. 2026
The Western Heritage Art Show and Sale is a 5-day fine art event. Held Every March for the last forty-four years,The Western Heritage Artists Art Show celebrates the rich history and culture of Western Art. This show is one of the longest consecutive named running events during the large Great Falls Western Art Week. Friday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.

m. Saturday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Sunday: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. A venue featuring many pieces of diverse, top quality fine art. A Vast Range is offered in various media, style, and subject matter. Traditional to Contemporary, this event offers art lovers the opportunity to meet, discuss and buy work directly from the artists. Featuring around 25 Artists, a Lobby Show with a People's Choice Award! The week begins Wednesday with the Preview night. Various activities, to include our continuing Artist and Public All-Draw/Paint, will be happening and upcoming. We welcome you to this family friendly event and hope you will come enjoy the artists working on current pieces or having a good time telling everyone about their art. Do not miss this amazing weekend!!

"The Other Side " is finished!! 24 x 36 oils. I used my 87 year old Dad on his horse, Herman and our fur kid, Tazz, which we lost this year, as my subjects in this painting. I wanted the mountain to be big and bold and having my subjects sitting in admiration of it's size and beauty. This piece is available, message me for details. Very happy to hear that "Passing Over " has been accepted into the Fall/Holiday Exhibition at The Booth Museum's Downtown Gallery . Opening reception will be Saturday, September 19th, 2:00 to 5:30. Please contact the Gallery for information on purchasing.

I'm thinking I'm probably done. I'm going to look at it tomorrow and decide.
No name yet. Approximately 15 x 22 to be framed 22 x 28.

Now I need some going the other way. I think i need some more pink rubber! I dont put much tail on them because I like to make some sticking up and some curled. I paint them on as needed and hope I never forget the tails.
