Granite Area Arts Council Granite Area Arts Council believes in building community through the arts. We are a 501c3 non profit formed in 2009.

Our organization promotes art and artists in rural Minnesota! Our programs include monthly exhibits, summer Makers Markets, performance events, Makers on the Minnesota gift shop, and the Community Artist in Residence program.

The garage door is officially open to "The Mud Room" for the season on Tuesdays! Join us for pottery, mosaics and more. Activities are open to all ages; however, young children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our first Maker's Market of the summer weathered a storm, but we did our best to enjoy the evening anyway! Many thanks to our amazing vendors and musicians for an aesthetic evening last Thursday! We'll hope for better weather next time and we'll see you July 2!
