Summer of ’94 in GR 🎥🌎🏆

AC Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids Art Museum(GRAM) & Grand Rapids Film Society are thrilled to host the Michigan premiere of the new documentary film Summer of ’94.

The film by Imagine Entertainment and Television captures the unlikely rise of the U.S. Men’s National Team during the 1994 World Cup — the tournament that changed American soccer forever. It features raw, player-captured footage and new interviews with U.S. soccer legends like Cobi Jones, Tony Meola, and Michigan native Alexi Lalas.

Thursday, June 4 at GRAM:

5:00 PM: Doors open. Connect with fellow soccer fans and discover the museum’s latest exhibits.
6:00 PM: Welcome remarks. Hear from the GR Film Society, ACGR President Darrius Barnes, and GRAM CEO Cindy Foley.
6:15 PM (approx.): Film begins

This is a free event. Registration is encouraged.
