After coming across this 15+ year old article I wanted to visit the shift in apostrophe at Michigan’s Oldest Record Shop 🙂

Started as Cole’s Records with comma to the top…
Then Gerry Dodds Record Shop with no comma. No apostrophe.
And finally taking the comma moving it to the top and pushing it to the end:
Rev Charles’
Dodds Record Shop and Museum of Music & Memorabilia

I have a bin of music to celebrate the apostrophe that includes:
Guns N' Roses
The B-52's
Jane's Addiction
Dolores O'Riordan (Cranberries)

And don’t get me started with this use of the apostrophe!
