2026 Mother's Day service announced
The 2026 annual Mother's Day service at the National Historic Landmark, where the holiday began, will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 10, 2026. The Shrine will then be open in the afternoon for the public to stop in and take tours.
Our Honored Mother 2026 is Jennie Anita Findley of the Flemington area of Taylor County. At just over 100 years old, she is still active. She plans to attend the Mother's Tea on Saturday, May 2, and also attend the annual Mother's Day service on May 10.
