Chippewa Northwestern Railway Society The Chippewa Northwestern Railway is a 1:12 scale model train club that operates on 2nd Sundays, June-October. See website for full schedule.

The Chippewa’s main objective at Goehner is to provide hands-on access to all interested hobbyists of Live Steam Railroading, in particularly one-inch scale Live Steam. Please contact us if you're interested in a great railroad hobby! The Chippewa Northwestern Railway Company is a one-inch scale railroad. Located on the grounds of the Seward County Historical Society’s Museum at Goehner, Nebraska.

On the second Sundays May through October the general public can ride FREE behind one-inch scale steam locomotives. Hours for train operation on these days are from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Goehner Nebraska is located at exit #373 of I-80 just twenty-five miles west of Lincoln Nebraska. The Museum is about one-mile North of this exit on the West side of the Highway.
