Best known for his iconic covers of The Saturday Evening Post, Rockwell’s work celebrated family, community, and the changing social landscape of the United States. Through his scenes that felt both familiar and deeply human, he became one of America's most beloved visual storytellers.

The last time played a World Cup match at the Azteca in Mexico City, they faced this man: Diego Maradona.

On June 22, 1986, Maradona scored two goals against the Three Lions. One was infamous. The other was unforgettable.

The first was the “Hand of God,” when Maradona punched the ball into England’s net with his fist. The second was the “Goal of the Century,” widely considered the greatest goal in World Cup history. Maradona dribbled more than half the length of the pitch, weaving past five England players before calmly finishing.

This photograph from The Saturday Man was taken just after that remarkable moment.

CCMA's outdoor summer exhibition, "Walking with Giants" was featured in the Chicago Sun Times! Come see larger than life portraits by Judith Mayer and Rich Lo. Each portrait celebrates an important figure in American art in celebration of the country's 250th anniversary. On view now through October 18!

Norman Teague, who recently exhibited at the museum in Chair-ish, has designed stand out furniture for the new Obama Presidential Center.

Spread throughout the Obama Center will be nine angular slabbed benches designed by Norman Teague. Teague says the benches have their unique design in part to be comfortable for elderly people to use.
