When it comes to talking art with people. I think the most common bit of advice I always end up giving is, take risks. I haven’t met a single artist whether it’s visual artist, musical artist, lyrical artist, etc. that doesn’t take massive risks in their lives. It’s kind of apart of how we survive and keep our trait. Taking risks in your artwork that are equal to the risks you take in life result in an evolution in your art you could not imagine. Because, just as your risks that you take in life have an outcome, whether it’s good or bad, dealing with the outcome of those risks you grow tremendously. When You take risks in your art It creates a challenge whether because this risk created a great outcome and a new idea to grow from in the piece, or it ended up being a total train wreck. Some of the best parts of my best pieces have started from total train wrecks. It’s the dealing with the train wrecks, whether it’s an art or in life, that revolutionize what you see in yourself and what you can skillfully do. Those risks and challenges are revolutionary.
