Michigan has such great beauty in the winter wonderland that it is!

The thick ice covers Point Betsie and the landscape burns with an intense cold cold fire. The fog signal building is enveloped and completely surrenders to the ice. A wintry dream of sorts, a wonderland where I'm undone and my senses are unraveled by the sheer power of the arctic winds pushing across Lake Michigan. My soul lays bare here as Betsie whispers Her secrets in the silence, sending shivers down my spine.

Hello friends… I took a year off to deal with life! Sold a couple properties, so lots of cleaning, painting, packing, storing, fixing!
Then bought a home in Freeland and more cleaning, painting, stripping floors, remodeling kitchen, unpacking, nesting, etc.! Then my wonderful husband decided to end the year with a quadruple bypass! So, now we’re hibernating and healing from the 2025 year of insanity! ……
I can’t wait to get back to my glass and start creating again…. So, I hope to see you this spring/summer out on the road again!
