We are inviting all tractor lovers to bring in their tractors to the 2026 Harvest Festival! The event is Sat. Oct. 17th. We want to highlight tractors and their stories. Contact the museum at 308-436-1989 to reserve your spot today!

One of the coolest features of the Harvest Festival is the family members telling their stories inside the houses.

The Wiedeman Farmstead is the house, barn, shed, and granary. The house is exhibited for the 1930's and 1950's. Five generations of Wiedemans have lived in the house before it was moved to the museum. Mrs. Betty Wiedeman just might make an appearance.

The Gentry Cabin was built in 1894 by Ben and Cora Gentry. The cabin showcases what early life in the panhandle was like. Their grandchildren will be there to share memories with you. It also houses our Executive Director's favorite item!

Remember, Harvest Festival is only one day this year (Saturday, Oct. 17th). Come out and see us!
