Cradle of Aviation Education The Cradle of Aviation Museum's mission is "to inspire future generations through the exploration of air and space technologies."

The Cradle of Aviation Museum is an 11 year old non-profit air and space museum stationed in Long Island, NY. Our goal is to encourage passions in aerospace exploration and flight. We have eight exhibition galleries, a JetBlue Sky Planetarium and The National Geographic Dome Theater. We offer a variety of programs, events, and competitions for both students and educators alike. The Museum was happy to announce the unveiling of its newest exhibit, a full-scale replica of the Gemini Spacecraft. There were a variety of activities commemorating the first Gemini Spacecraft that skyrocketed into Earth’s Orbit.
