Fun little update:
Back in my late 30s, I was working out hard, running and lifting… and I herniated myself. Been manageable. Until Wednesday.
Incarcerated, inguinal hernia.
Possibly strangulated.
Hurt. A lot.
So, off to emergency surgery (with a smile).
I’ll be better, but for now, on my back and SORE.
Thankfully, my loving lovely wife is taking good care of me, and I have two cats who keep trying to cuddle up on my belly 😬
Gonna catch up on those unwatched episodes of the Mandalorian, and do some crosswords.

Heading North to Cape Ann/North Shore on Tuesday 5/21.
Wednesday, I will be doing in-home deliveries, consultations, and even a repair on-site!
I'll be meeting people with their new projects on Thursday, 5/23 at Beach Street Studios, 33 Beach Street (upstairs from the old Beach Street Cafe) from 10am - 3pm.
If you would like me to frame your work, or need an appointment with me, please DM or call to arrange a time to meet. Or just drop in to say "Hello!"
It will be nice to be there and to see you all!
