Solar fences in Germany are turning ordinary property boundaries into clean-energy generators. 🔋🏡

German companies such as Next2Sun have developed vertical bifacial solar fences that serve two purposes at once: defining a property boundary and producing electricity. Because the panels collect sunlight from both sides and are typically oriented east-west, they can generate more power in the morning and evening while using very little additional space. For homeowners, the system can reduce electricity costs and provide an alternative where rooftop solar is not practical.
