Due to the forecasted weather and the nature of our display, we have decided that the H&F Railway exhibit tent will not be set up for tomorrow's second day of Colorfest.

Thank you to everyone who came out and visited our display today.

We hope to see you all next Saturday, October 17th, for the Myersville music and trolley Festival. We will begin the day with our biannual meeting in the community room beginning at 10:30 and trolley talks will be available throughout the day following that meeting. Come out and see an exhibit of artifacts from our collection, meet our officers and members, and learn more about the railway while exploring surviving trolley 150.

Our latest temporary exhibit is now installed at the Myersville community Library, And will remain up through the Music and Trolley Festival on Saturday, October 17th. Join us at 11am on that day for the society's biannual meeting to learn more about our organization, and stay for trolley talks given by Society President Reuben Moss and Festival activities and exhibits at various locations around town.

Visit the library during any open hours between now and then to see a collection of artifacts from the railway and the original Myersville Trolley Festival As well as H&F trolley number 150 on permanent display in the library.

Join us over the next two weekends for Trolley History Days, as we pay tribute to the Hagerstown & Frederick Railway ahead of the 79th anniversary of the Last Trolley in Washington County on August 4th.

See unique objects, documents, and tickets from the railway's history which are rarely displayed to the public and watch authentic footage of our local trolleys in service, provided by the Hagerstown & Frederick Railway Historical Society, Inc. Children will be able to decorate a 3D paper trolley to take home. Our regular trolley exhibits and artifact displays at the Boonsboro Trolley Station Museum will also be available all day.

On Sunday July 26th, all four museums in Downtown Boonsboro will be open: The National Road Museum, Boonsboro Trolley Station Museum, Boonsborough Museum of History, and the Bowman House Museum!

Regular museum admission-by-donation applies. No reservation required.

Don't Forget! Tomorrow (April 25) at Noon we are holding our biannual membership meeting at the Myersville Community Library (8 Harp Place, Myersville, MD). Public welcome. Doors open 11:30am.

The next day, April 26, find us at the DAR History Fair at the Amphitheater along Carroll Creek in Frederick from noon to 4pm, where you will find many local history organizations celebrating 250 years of the United States!
