There’s something pretty special about a community that shows up for its kids.

This Sunday, our streets will be filled with runners, walkers, strollers, tiny superheroes, and some truly fantastic Halloween costumes. 👻

And behind it all? Local businesses who believe that creating joyful experiences for kids and families is worth showing up for.

Some of the best things grow right here in our community. 🌱💚

One year ago, we visited our friends at Garelick Farms to learn more about the journey of dairy products – from the farm, through production, and onto the tables and into the lunchrooms of our neighbors.

We saw firsthand how this longtime Franklin organization plays a role in feeding families across our region. And we started dreaming about how we could bring that story to life for the next generation.

Fast forward one year, and that inspiration has become something pretty special. 🥛

Our newest exhibit, Farm to Fridge, invites children to get curious about where our food comes from – exploring soil science, food production, and the many steps and people involved in getting food from the farm to our tables.

To our friends at Garelick Farms: thank you for opening your doors to us a year ago, for believing in what we’re building, and for continuing to invest in the children and families who call this region home.

Good things really do grow here. 💚

Town of Franklin, MA’s DPW is giving Cottage Street a makeover Thursday with new pavement! As a result, our main lot will be unavailable for a few hours.

Thankfully, we’ve got some great friends at MBTA and Keolis Group who have given our friends (that’s you!) the go-ahead to park in their gravel lot next to our building. Please enter on Union Street - signage will be up - and ask Franklin Police on detail for paving if you need directions.

Thanks for your understanding everyone! Our lot should be back in action by early afternoon.

Had ourselves a TIME on Saturday with MBTA!

Their America 250 train was a complete showstopper outside our space 🤩 We were honored to host Operation Lifesaver programming in the Museum all day. As the home of two MBTA stations, holding this educational opportunity in Town of Franklin, MA was even more meaningful to us.

Can’t wait for our next collab MBTA!
