The ability to reproduce a shape or make subtle changes is an intriguing challenge. My work focuses on the simplicity of form and function. Ceramics is one of the few mediums that can be created for art and functionality and I take pride in knowing that my work will be used and appreciated by others. I am currently experimenting with the nuances of the subtle curve. I strive to have every piece cl

ean, classic, and light weight with thin walls. My earthy glaze patterns create organic shapes and textures and are reminiscent of colors seen in nature. Having had horses and lived in the country my whole life, I’ve appreciated creation often and cannot help but mimic the rustic colors that surround me.
