Join us this Saturday, June 6, from 9 AM-3 PM for Disability Day! Admission is free for individuals with developmental, intellectual, or emotional disabilities and their caregivers. We are open an hour early for a sensory-friendly, quiet environment. The general public is welcome at regular admission starting at 10 AM.

Enjoy a visit designed for comfort and accessibility: lower sound, brighter spaces, tactile demos, sensory rooms, and extra support staff on hand.

🎵🎶Discover Radical Resonance! Come celebrate music and sound with our new exhibit from This exhibit explores the power of sound waves.

Guess what?! is joining us tomorrow morning so we can investigate sound at the museum in style! Middle Waves will be hosting a flower 🌺🌼🏵️ crown-making event in our Nature Nook from 10-11 a.m.

When you're done with your crown, grab a scavenger hunt and search for unique sound making locations throughout the museum. 🎶🎵 See you there! 😎

Science Central’s Laser Light Show hits June 5 with two showtimes at 5 PM and 6 PM 🔊✨

Immerse yourself in a spectacular laser light show across our dome theatre set to a high-energy mix featuring music from Imagine Dragons, Kesha, Katy Perry, The Weeknd, Lil Nas X, and more!

General admission ticket required ($5 + admission, $3 for members). Attendees will also receive a free Middle Waves sticker while supplies last.

After seeing how much our community loved these balance and healthy living exhibits, from our Eat Well, Play Well exhibition, we decided to make them part of Science Central’s regular exhibit floor! You can now find them upstairs in our Health Zone near the Skeleton Bike 🚲

Come test your balance, challenge your coordination, and give them a try on your next visit!
