The hunt doesn’t stop at the headlines.

Join the U.S. Marshals Museum for an inside look at one of the most unusual operations in recent United States Marshals Service history.

Retired USMS Assistant Chief Inspector Sean Xuereb will take guests behind the scenes of the May 2021 operation in Thackerville, Oklahoma, where the U.S. Marshals Service participated in the seizure of 69 big cats following the conviction of Joseph Maldonado-Passage in a murder-for-hire plot targeting Carole Baskin.

Hear firsthand how investigators navigated the high-profile case that captured national attention and became a pop culture phenomenon.
