Now through Sept. 30 visit the Susan B. Kilmer Library's ArtSpace as they host works from local artist Laura Kinnamon.

Kinnamon's works have been shown at the "Trash to Art Show" at the Joplin Public Library and the "Wearable Art Show" at Spiva Center, both in Joplin, MO. She also exhibits in the Okeechobee Public Library, and a particularly captivating piece of hers found its way into the esteemed halls of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Her art hangs in galleries, and businesses in Fort Pierce.

Summer is finally here! We're excited to introduce last weeks’ National Pets in Film Contest super stars and America’s Top Dog Model Facebook Fan Club “Top Dogs of the Week,” Maya Marie, Betsey, and Maddie Mae.
Meet Maya Marie, who scored first prize for her starring role as Scarlett O’ Hara in “Gone with the Wind.” “Hello darlings and thank you so much for voting for me! My name is Maya Marie, and I am 4 years old. I am a Long-haired Chihuahua, who enjoys acting. Thank you for your support at the National Pets in Film Day party and contest. I was channeling Scarlett O’Hara in “Gone with the wind”. My beautiful Pink southern belle dress was designed by Shelie Rodges.
