: Challen Rivera presents her exhibit “Seed Time and Harvest” to the children of Apostolic Revival Center Christian School. Their time at the Williams Academy Museum provided a memorable immersive learning experience, provoking imagination. The Lee County Black History Society was honored to host “Youth Innovation Night” on the lawn of the Williams Academy Black History Museum in partnership with the Edison Awards and Lewis Latimer Fellowship Program. Youth attendees gathered to Unleash Their Super Powers while gaining valuable insights from Shameik Moore, Latimer Fellow, Actor, and the voice of Miles Morales aka Spider-Man, astronaut/artist Sian Proctor, and other modern-day superheroes.
